In order to be able to use any special category tickets for children, senior citizens, residents of the Autonomous Community of the Canary Islands or the disabled you must accredit each category at the entrance to the park by showing the National ID Document or Passport and/or the corresponding documentation. Minors under 4 years of age can enter the park for free.
The tickets for “SPECIAL EXPERIENCES” cannot be used independently, and you must therefore purchase an entry ticket for the park, unless the special experience in question is the Camel Safari and you intend to use it in the exterior area (zone 1, which does not require the purchase of an additional ticket to enter the park) and not the exterior area (zone 2, which does require the purchase of an additional ticket to enter the park).
The minimum age for children who wish to interact with the Sea Lions is 7 years and minors of between 7 and 11 years of age must be accompanied by an adult during the interaction. Also, children under 12 years old must be accompanied by an adult to the interaction of lemurs.
The Sea Lions central pool will be closed temporarily next Thursday, October 26th, in order to carry out the usual annual maintenance and renovation of the space. For the duration of these procedures, the Sea Lion Live shows and the Sea Lion Experience interaction will be suspended, so we regret the inconvenience that closing the pool may bring to you during your visit. We will soon inform you about the reopening date. Thank you very much.
